Dylan’s Business and Commercial experience has been developed over three decades. During this time, he created and ran one of the largest Shooting Schools and Sporting Agencies in the United Kingdom,  “The Royal Berkshire”, which was acquired by James Purdey and Sons, a Richemont Company, in 2018. 

Previous experience included being Head of the Game and Wildlife Department at Sparsholt College, creating the first 3 year Diploma in Game and Wildlife Management,  which still continues today, some 33 years following its creation.
Dylan was also was a co-founder, and director of the Really Wild Clothing Company.


Dylan is currently a trustee of the Atlantic Salmon Trust, a director of Eat Wild and a consultant to the
Game & Wildlife Conversation Trust


Having created and grown numerous businesses, as well as assisting many other commercial entities to realise their maximum potential with significant success, Dylan is now working with many businesses in creating strategy and helping them in achieving their goals.
