“My heart's in the Highlands, wherever I go. The hills of the Highlands for ever I love.”

Robert Burns

Our Story

Having been privileged to be able enjoy shooting and rural pursuits from the age of nine, Dylan spent his formative years studying and working in Agriculture in Wales, before working for the Countryside Commission for Scotland on the wild North West Coast.

Following time working for the Game Conservancy Trust, County Wildlife Trusts and The National Trust, educating youngsters in practical conservation work, Dylan’s desire to work in the rural sector was confirmed

As Head of the Game and Wildlife Management Department at Sparsholt College, he created the first 3-year National Diploma in Game and Wildlife Management. This course continues to this day.

A desire to work in the commercial world provided an exceptional opportunity in 1991, when Dylan founded the Royal Berkshire Shooting School. Over the following thirty years, the school became renowned as being preeminent for its private tuition and innovative events, helping to raise over £30 million for charity.

In tandem, Dylan established the Really Wild Clay Company, one of the primary pioneers of simulated shooting experiences in the UK, as well as a hugely successful Sporting Agency. Alongside Natalie Lake, in 1999, Dylan founded the Really Wild Clothing Company, the most contemporary and innovative ladies clothing brand of its time, subsequently acquired by Swarovski. Following the acquisition of the Royal Berkshire Shooting Group by James Purdey and Sons, a Richemont Maison, in 2018, Dylan established his own consultancy, Pressendye.  He now provides private shooting tuition, assisting rural businesses and national charities, in addition to promoting the exceptional brands and companies he is proud to work with.
